What's Happening at APEX




ON RAMP
Our On Ramp Program is a personalized, one-on-one introduction designed to help you feel confident, capable, and comfortable before stepping into regular classes.
Over 5 private sessions (45 minutes each), you’ll work directly with a coach to learn the fundamentals of movement, technique, and gym flow. We focus on proper form, safety, and understanding why we do what we do—so you’re not just following along, but truly learning.

DROP-IN CLASSES
Our Drop-In classes are perfect for experienced athletes or visitors who want to jump into a high-energy functional fitness workout without a long-term commitment.
Each class is coach-led and designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance. Workouts are scalable, but a foundational understanding of functional movements is recommended to ensure safety and flow during class.
Whether you’re visiting town, cross-training, or just want to experience Apex for a day, our Drop-In option lets you train alongside our community and experience our coaching style firsthand.
